The story of ABA Growth & Connection began long before the agency opened its doors.
Our co-founders met at 18 and went on to study together at university, building a friendship that has lasted for decades.
Over the years, their shared dedication to behavior analysis and mental health brought them together professionally, with a common vision for the kind of care they wanted to provide.
Today, that vision guides ABA Growth & Connection: an agency where clinical expertise, personal attention, and strong relationships with families and staff remain at the heart of what we do.
Clinically Led, Family Focused
ABA Growth & Connection was founded by two dedicated clinical professionals, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), bringing over 11 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis and 20 years in mental health care.
Our agency was built on a shared belief that quality ABA services begin with strong clinical leadership, individualized treatment, and meaningful relationships with the families we serve.
Meet the Team
Today, our multidisciplinary clinical team includes BCBAs, BCaBAs, doctoral-trained psychology professionals (Psy.D.), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), working together to provide individualized, evidence-based care.
Behind the scenes, our ABA Coordinator, Human Resources Specialist, and Quality & Compliance Specialist support daily operations, staff development, and the quality of our services.
As founders, we remain actively involved in the agency, working closely with our clinical and administrative teams to uphold high standards of care, professional accountability, and a strong commitment to the families we serve.

Lismary Pedraza Duran

Lismary is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida since 2016 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in mental health and more than 11 years in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
As Co-Founder of ABA Growth & Connection, she combines her background in mental health and behavior analysis to help shape an agency where clinical excellence, ethical practices, and individualized care guide every decision.
Her approach to leadership reflects years of direct clinical experience and a strong understanding of the challenges families face when seeking meaningful, consistent support for their children.
For Lismary, ABA Growth & Connection represents more than a professional endeavor. It reflects a long-standing commitment to building an organization where families feel heard, clinicians feel supported, and quality of care always comes first.
Yeledys Pinero De la Rosa

Yeledys is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida since 2018 and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2020. With a professional background spanning mental health and behavior analysis, she brings valuable clinical experience and a thoughtful, family-centered perspective to her work. As Co-Founder of ABA Growth & Connection, Yeledys is committed to building an agency where evidence-based practices, professional integrity, and respect for each family's individual needs guide the delivery of care.
Her approach emphasizes collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and the importance of understanding each child beyond their diagnosis. She believes that meaningful progress requires not only effective clinical interventions but also strong relationships among families and the professionals supporting them. Through her leadership, Yeledys helps foster a clinical environment where families feel respected, professionals are supported, and individualized care remains a priority.
